💮 Terms Of Service 💮
General
♡ Before commissioning me, please make sure to review what I can and cannot draw.♡ Customers under the age of 18 must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before commissioning me.♡ I reserve the right to decline ANY commission if I believe I am unable to complete the requested work to the customer's satisfaction.♡ I will not draw stolen or plagiarized OCs (original characters).♡ Please provide a reference sheet or a clear image of the character you would like me to draw. Working solely from a written description may result in an additional charge.♡ DO NOT edit, alter, or otherwise modify my artwork for any reason. As an artist, I consider each piece unique and important, and I do not allow my artwork to be edited without my permission. If you require any changes or updates to a completed artwork, please contact me and I will make the requested changes if possible.♡ If a customer does not respond to the sketch/WIP message within two weeks, I reserve the right to proceed with the commission using the information previously provided and complete and deliver the artwork as originally requested.♡ If a customer leaves the platform or website where the commission was discussed without providing any additional information, I will attempt to contact them through another available social media platform. If I am unable to reach the customer, I will send the completed artwork to the email address provided for the payment.
Refunds
♡ Refunds are only available under valid circumstances BEFORE the commission has been completed and delivered.♡ A full refund will only be issued if the commission has not yet entered the sketching phase. Once the sketch has been started, the refundable amount will vary depending on the current stage of the artwork.♡ Please note that ANY fees deducted from the original payment (including, but not limited to, platform fees, PayPal fees, and transaction fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.♡ All payments must be made through Artistree or another approved commission platform.
Revisions
♡ I will begin working on the commission once the full payment has been received. In the case of a partial payment, I will not proceed beyond the sketch phase until the remaining balance has been paid in full.♡ I will provide the customer with WIPs (work-in-progress updates) throughout the commission process. Once the initial sketch has been approved, I will not make major changes to the pose or overall composition. Small adjustments and minor edits are allowed.
Turnaround time
♡ Commissions require a significant amount of time, effort, and care. Orders may take approximately 1 – 2 months to be completed and delivered after payment has been received, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.♡ Rush fees are available for customers who require a faster turnaround time. Please contact me before commissioning to discuss availability and pricing.

Shipping
♡ Shipping costs for printed artworks depend on the customer's city and country and will be calculated accordingly.♡ I am not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or otherwise misplaced during shipping once they have been sent.
Private and Commercial Use
♡ Commissioned artworks may be used by the customer for personal purposes, including personal prints and merchandise. Commercial use, resale, or profit-making purposes are NOT permitted unless a separate commercial license has been discussed and agreed upon.

♡ As the artist, I retain all rights to my artwork. I reserve the right to display commissioned pieces on my websites, social media, galleries, portfolios, and other platforms, as well as to use them as examples or references for future commission work.♡ If a customer wishes to display a commissioned artwork on ANY website, social media platform, app, or other public platform, proper artist credit must be provided. Direct links to my profiles are not mandatory, provided that I am clearly identified as the artist.♡ When posting one of my artworks online, customers are strongly encouraged to include a watermark to help prevent unauthorized use or theft. This is intended to protect both the customer and the artist.♡ If you do not have a watermark of your own, I can add one to the artwork upon request.♡ If a commissioned artwork is posted by the customer without a watermark, I am not responsible for any unauthorized use, reposting, or theft that may occur as a result.

Each plushie is made with cotton yarnEach doll includes a wire skeleton that makes the doll posable.Each foll features a magnet that connects the head and the body that allows the clothing and accessories to be removed and changedSmall details may be made with other materials other than yarn, but it will be discussed in advance during the processsome parts like hair, small accessories and clothing (unless specified removable will be gluedDepending on the complexity of the character some details might be simplified.

-These plushies are NOT suitable for children and NOT for rough play. GENERAL-This commission is for a physical product. You will NOT receive a digital product.
